ReplyDeleteLove it! I don't use brown very often either but it looks wonderful in your blanket. Thanks for the link. I 've done traditional grannies but really wanted my next project to be one with the round center. I was having trouble finding a pattern I liked. Now to start amassing yarn!!
ReplyDeleteIt is so beautiful, well done.

Do you know about how much yarn you used in each color? I'm thinking of making one, but our Hobby Lobby has a very limited stock of I Love This Yarn. I want to make sure I can get enough of what I'll need.

ReplyDeleteI saw this on instagram and was immensly jealous! I love the colour you've chosen, they're really sunny and springlike, and the brown makes me thing of easter eggs (yummy). I am still learning to experiment with colour choices so I rely on people like you for inspiration! Can't wait to see what you make next. Laurelin xx

ReplyDeleteUsually I never use brown (not in quilting, not in crochet, not in knitting) but you got me convinced here. Your blanket looks gorgeous. The colours are perfect for spring .....and summer as well, you can use it for a picnic next to a litte stream, I can picture it already.... but then again I've got too much imagination as you can see for yourself at:
